By accessing or using FareRules.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FareRules.ai is an AI-powered tool that assists travel agents and professionals in understanding and interpreting airline fare rules. The Service acts as an enabler and automatizer of the fare rules interpretation process — it does not replace professional judgment, airline systems, or official documentation.

3. AI Disclaimer — Important

The analyses, explanations, and insights provided by FareRules.ai are generated by artificial intelligence models and are provided for informational purposes only. By using this Service you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• FareRules.ai is not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated interpretations. Fare rules are complex legal documents and AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.
• You must always verify critical fare conditions — including but not limited to non-refundable clauses, penalty amounts, and advance purchase requirements — directly with the relevant airline or GDS system.
• FareRules.ai shall not be liable for any financial loss, ticketing errors, or passenger disputes arising from reliance on AI-generated analyses.
• The Service is an assistive tool, not a professional advisory service. All final ticketing decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 30 days of your first paid charge, contact us at hi@farerules.ai for a full refund of your most recent subscription payment.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. After 30 days, subscription payments are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and cannot be transferred or applied to future charges.

5. Account and Usage

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Free accounts include 5 lifetime analyses. Pro accounts include up to 50 analyses per month. Unused analyses do not carry over between billing periods.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute Service output at scale; (c) attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls; (d) impersonate any person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, and underlying technology are owned by FareRules.ai. Analysis outputs generated from your input are yours; however, we may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our models.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FareRules.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email when possible.
